Revelations / S03E08 The
Scooby gang is pissed at Buffy for harboring Angel. Giles is especially
hurt – Angel tortured him. Buffy tries to convince everyone that Angel
is not dangerous anymore. Another Watcher comes in to manage
Faith and make Giles feel stupid and “American”. It turns out, she was
bad (and nuts). She wanted some demonic glove. Once the glove is on, it can’t be removed. So Buffy cuts off her arm. Rock! The ending is a little ominous with Faith claiming she can’t trust anyone. Lovers Walk / S03E09 The (brief?) return of Spike! Big episode – lots of stuff come to a tipping point and Spike was frickin’ hilarious. Spike
kidnaps Willow & Xander so Willow will perform a spell to make
Drusilla fall back in love with him. Then, after fighting some vamps,
he decides to win her back by torturing her. Ha! Oz
and Cordelia go to save them and find them making out. Busted! Cordie
runs up the stairs to get out of the room and falls to her death. Nice! Spike
has a great monologue where he tells Buffy & Angel that they can’t
be friends because they’re in love. Buffy cuts off contact w/ Angel at
the end of the episode. They can’t be together because it will lift the
curse again… and an uncursed Angel is quite scary!
