Buffy series premiere recap (2 parts)
* Buffy is a slayer/school troublemaker
* The Harvest is nearing, where the head vamp is trying to walk the earth again
* Buffy meets new friends (Willow, Xander, Mr. Giles) and foes (Cordelia), and possible friend Angel.
Our thoughts on Buffy
* Anna's Likes: Buffy already knows she's a slayer, contrast between slaying vampires & high school, Joss' witty dialogue
* Anna's Dislikes: Actors having a tough time with Joss Whedon's wordy/witty dialogue, quiet-speaking Mr. Giles, ugly vampires hard to handle after being immersed in Twilight
* Jason's Likes: Not a lot of exposition - we start in the thick of it. Seeing actors I already know in older work. The use of the INTERNET and Willows Computer Skillz.
* Jason's Dislikes: witty dialogue can sometimes be corny dialogue. If I wasn't told this was going to rock I might be usure of watching more. Lots of DARK shots -- grainy.
